1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 15 calendar days of receiving the order.
- The product must have at least 90% of the fragrance remaining.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including box and accessories (if any).
- The product must not be physically damaged, altered, or tampered with.
Eden Aroma reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Share clear pictures of the product.
- Provide an unboxing video (strongly recommended for smooth processing).
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Returns are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Customers are responsible for delivery charges for exchange orders.
- If the exchange is due to personal preference (e.g., fragrance choice), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item sent), Eden Aroma will cover the shipping cost.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images and an unboxing video as proof.
- Once verified, Eden Aroma will cover all associated shipping costs.
- A replacement will be dispatched after confirmation.
Claims made without proper proof may not be approved.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Tester Packs (including 5ml pocket bottles)
- Bundle Offers
- Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)
- Products with less than 90% fragrance remaining
6. Refund Policy
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Eden Aroma reserves the right to deduct applicable courier or handling charges where necessary.
